The Sedum/Stonecrop is available in hundreds of varieties and is available as a low-growing ground cover or a high-standing tall plant. Common ones are the Sedum acre with its bright yellow flowers; Sedum spurium with its coloured foliage and Sedum spectabile (Hylotelephium), with its high stems and late-summer flowers. Other popular ones, such as Sedum morganianum (Burro Tail) are usually planted indoors. All varieties have different textures, color and growth patterns.
