What is the normal usage of AFAIK in a sentence?

To demonstrate limited knowledge, AFAIK is normally inserted in the start of a sentence or the end of a sentence. An example is: AFAIK, the meeting begins at 3 PM, or The update has not been published yet, AFAIK. It serves to make your statement softer, and informs the receiver to be on the lookout of the information. This tone particularly comes in handy in a collaborative environment such as a group project or a work conversation where it is necessary to have information that is entirely accurate.
