There are 4 types of stress:
Time stress: you experience temporary stress when you worry about not getting something done at the right time or not being able to complete all of your tasks. This type of stress is most often associated with work moments. Specialists also associate temporary stress with a burnout at work.
Anticipatory stress: stress anticipation refers to the stress you feel about the future.
Situational stress: you experience situational stress when you're in a difficult situation that you have no control over.
